Recently Saarth Dhingra happened to share his experience with the NUJS Diploma course in Entrepreneurship Administration and Business Laws which he recently completed. Sharing it here with you all, as a success story. Over to Saarth.
I currently work as Assistant Manager Legal at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd, one of India’s fastest growing and largest integrated steel manufacturers; significantly present in the Steel, Power, Mining, and Infrastructure segment.
I have done my BA LLB (Hons) from Institute Of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad and LLM from O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat. While surfing Facebook, one day I came across a facebook link to this course. I visited the website and really liked the course content. I joined the course to get exposure to practical aspects of theory, learned in law school, how to put that theory into practice. My purpose of joining the course is fulfilled
The course syllabus is in depth and very meticulously planned. Even people from nonlaw background can easily grasp it. It explains the practical aspects of subjects we study in law school. In law school, we study the theoretical part and this course explains how the process is done end to end and the intricacies involved.
As a corporate lawyer, it’s very relevant to my job profile. My job involves litigation and nonlitigation corporate and civil matters; drafting, vetting proofreading etc and the knowledge gained from the course is helping me in these tasks.
In future, I plan to be a corporate lawyer only and venture into different sectors to learn the details of legal aspects of every sector. At any point of time what I learned from this course would come into use.
I have already recommended this course to many of my friends and colleagues. I would recommend the NUJS Diploma in Entrepreneurship Administration and Business Laws to CAs, CSs and MBAs, they can benefit from this course as areas like Labour Law, Employment Law etc is covered in these courses and this diploma course covers the practical aspect of these laws. Even lawyers and law students can benefit immensely from this course, they would get to know the intricacies and practical aspects of different laws. This would give them an idea about actually how these things are done in real life.
